But the graduate in business administration is definitely free from megalomania. On the contrary, she is down to earth, and her helpful and sociable nature is a true asset to the team. She is fully at home in projects measuring customer satisfaction and advertising effectiveness as well as with ad hoc studies. The term “trade” appears with conspicuous frequency in her resume: be it in her studies of “Trade & Marketing” and “Business Administration in Foreign Trade”, or in her traineeship with the XXXLutz company, which she completed before joining marketmind.

Colourful Tones
She has always been enchanted by music. Katrin Groiss-Schuster has played the flute since she was eight years old. Following years of practicing, she now also coaxes deep tones from the instrument at a high level. She is fond of art anyway: The colourful world by Friedensreich Hundertwasser attracts her in the same way as the humourous performances by Austrian comedians or engaging musical productions. But also nature has a magnetic effect on Katrin Groiss-Schuster. Off the paths beaten by tourists, she likes roaming through the landscapes of Sweden or Canada. If this does not provide enough adventure, she immerses herself in thrilling crime stories.

Giving Up is Not an Option
Her motto is, “You are only good at what you do if you are convinced of its merits.” Good for us and for her that this applies to Katrin herself. But she is not only good at what she does, she is also persistent. Giving up is never an option for her. Because she is simply too ambitious to stop half-way, albeit in a very charming manner.
