Mag. Dagmar Jiresch
Mediator with a Clear Sense for Priorities
Dagmar Jiresch likes being insistent. Because the graduated psychologist always wants to know what is at the bottom of things and frankly addresses issues in order to set things in motion. She is convinced that really good solutions can only be found if the desires and needs of all those involved are known. And she manages to bring them to light!
During her studies, Dagmar Jiresch specialised in industrial and organisational psychology, among others. These days, she frequently resorts to this knowledge in order to act as mediator between individuals who speak different technical jargon, or have different views or levels of knowledge. She feels at home both with large-scale studies of customer satisfaction and with small, delicate projects that require her puzzling skills.
The Greatest Happiness on Earth …
Her impulsive nature and her inherent enthusiasm are appreciated by others. And are worth their weight in gold when she devotes them to the internal communication at marketmind. In order to practise holding her horses when she gets carried away by all that communication, the keen rider has loved being around genuine horses for 25 years. Because they provide perfect training in calmness, clarity, and consistency. And if this should not be enough, yoga gives her inner peace, and football matches with her colleagues allow her to pursue both the ball and her opponents with fierce determination.
You live, You Learn
She is not one to appreciate stagnation, rather she values change management. And while others are still busy pondering the “if” and the “how”, Dagmar Jiresch already cheerfully approaches the matter at hand and responds: of course we can! Her convincing manner is a true asset in presentations and in dealings with clients. It is an additional advantage that she handles everything in a structured and organised way. In order to make sure that opportunities for development also abound in her private life, since 2009 she has been mother to a highly communicative daughter, who – true to the example of her mum – has already developed a habit of demanding explanations for everything and from everybody at a very early age.
