She can do it!
Already during her first practical experiences, Verena Drexler saw herself confronted with independently managing large-scale projects and even entire companies. She considers every challenge as her “baby” that has to be nurtured, cared for and raised in order to become strong and successful. As we have experienced her, she is fine with being thrown in at the deep end from time to time. She is always in the upswing and ultimately succeeds in everything she starts - with a lot of friendliness and confidence, of course.
The psychology of persistent friendliness
Verena Drexler faces her tasks, colleagues and customers as a personified sunshine and with a lot of psychological tactfulness. Psychology has always been something she was into. Not in the clichéd sense of sitting on a couch, but rather referring to specific correlations in consumer behaviour, advertising impact and decision-making processes of our clients’ customers – so basically exactly what we need.
The perfect study programme
Verena Drexler completed her Master studies in Marketing & Consumer Research as best in her year. Although her friendly nature – how is it even possible that someone is always in such a good mood? – and her sensational comprehension and competence would have certainly made her a designated expert for customer experience solely by informal means. This is also the topic that Verena Drexler is mainly dealing with – apart from brand perception, communication evaluation as well as advertising impact and packaging tests.
Flowers and animals
Verena Drexler collects both numbers and flower dresses with the same passion. She loves Disney movies as much as she loves statistics – since some contradictions, or what we would consider as contradictions at first glance, ultimately turn out to be the best combinations of characteristics. Although having many passions, animals have always had a special place in her heart – she claims that she could spend entire days just observing her furry friends.
Verena Drexler places value on respectful interpersonal exchange. She provides meaningful inputs in conversations and likes dialogues. Why? “Because discussing by myself is very one-sided“, she explains. Sounds logical to us. Agreed!
