Enthusiasm with a purpose
In her position as Senior Research Consultant, Jana Eisenbock mainly deals with potential assessments, motivation research as well as brand and advertising controlling – with a lot of enthusiasm and sometimes also (or even preferably) on an international level. Her studies in Marketing & Sales with focus on Brand Management at the IMC in Krems also included two exchange semesters in Toronto and London – since mediocracy is not what Jana would tolerate or even strive for. No way.
Apart from her expertise in tourism, she also provided us with a lot of experience in sales and customer support, which is reflected in her expert eye for the maximised customer value.
Versatile wild child
Her colleagues describe Jana Eisenbock as a proactive bundle of energy. We appreciate many of her personality traits, including her strong optimism, her hands-on mentality as well as her sarcastic humour. Her repertoire of conversation topics is really impressive – „there is hardly any topic to which Jana cannot contribute anything“, as it was recently formulated by a team member.
But her interests are not the only thing that is diversified. While linguistic abilities and logical-analytical skills usually appear separated from each other, Jana Eisenbock luckily combines them both. She is an expert for both eloquent phrasing and complex data analyses. Her working style? Structured and precise. Not even the tiniest grammar mistake remains uncovered when she is consulted regarding translations and formulations.
Mugs and mates
As inofficial marketmind Fantasy expert, Jana Eisenbock is usually accompanied by her iconic Harry Potter mug which is often filled with steaming tea. Darjeeling, Sencha, mate… She loves all of them. With a sufficient amount of caffeine in her blood, she usually gives 120% in everything she does. While other people might struggle with a schedule full of appointments, Jana starts flourishing in those phases, spreading her “We can do this!”-optimism across the whole team. Just another reason why we are happy to have her on board!
„I love working on complex matters with a competent team and to see how something great evolves from the interplay of our different ideas“, she outs herself as an absolute team player. But also aside her desk, Jana Eisenbock keeps close contact to her colleagues and has already built a reputation by organising different afterwork activities.
Constantly on the move
Jana Eisenbock gets bored by routine rather easily, which is why she likes to do 1000 things at once also outside office hours. What a lucky coincident that long runs to her favourite songs – preferably along the Danube Canal – combine two of her biggest passions: running and music. The latter manifests itself also in the form of regular concerts visits.
Exercising is also important for Jana in order to satisfy her culinary cravings unhinderedly – anywhere in the world. On her travels across the globe, she likes to taste all kinds of local delicacies, preferably accompanied by a good glass of wine – as it is expected from someone who was born and raised in a wine growing region.
Standing still is a step backwards – this is why Jana Eisenbock is always keen to try something new in her free time. With success – she has, for instance, already won a pumpkin carving contest and recently started her first attempts as a writer.
