She has a plan
After some free-lance work, Britta Veser has been supporting us as a fixed Team Assistant since 2017. Using her planning and organisational talent as well as her refreshing enthusiasm, she contributes a lot to current projects by conducting interviews, organising group discussions and many other things. What we particularly appreciate about her? Simply everything. But let’s start with her working style.

Structured and precise working is a fixed part of Britta Veser’s personality. She is reliable under any circumstances. Whether it is a transcription or an emergency, a group discussion or anything else that requires a quick solution: Britta Veser has everything under control. Punctual and reliable, always in a good mood and with a friendly, polite manner.

In her element
During her business studies, Britta Veser specialized on trade marketing. After having worked for a large, international mail order company already during her years of study, she continued with the execution of quantitative and qualitative market research studies for this enterprise and its affiliated companies after getting her diploma. Customer management and assortment marketing are among her special skills.

Britta Veser likes everything that is surrounded by water – her former adopted home Hamburg has a special place in her heart in this regard. She has already proven her exceptional skills in navigating boats – something that she does just as confidently as managing her tasks in our projects, as many of us have already seen live in Hamburg. Direct quote, “If there’s no water around, I like riding my bike as well.” Along the Danube, obviously.

Vitamins and love for everyone
Britta Veser keeps our team together – with heart and soul. And a lot of circumspection. In her aspiration to make everyone around her feel comfortable, she looks after our vitamin stock in the office, brings along some homemade cake and saves any plant, even in critical stages.

Building bridges, decorating walls
Britta Veser calls herself a family woman – which is just the way she treats her marketmind family. She listens and observes in a careful manner, knows a lot, notices everything and is a great contact point for many issues. As a team member accurately described Britta Veser, “Loving, great organiser, professional, clear. Just the kind of person I want to be when I grow up.”

Apart from the sea and other water bodies, Britta Veser likes to visit art exhibitions, from which she often returns with new pictures and posters to decorate her home. Thus it’s no surprise that the amount of available space on her walls is constantly shrinking. But as we have already learned: Britta Veser finds a solution for everything.
